Materials  This include consumables such as ink, paper, banner, backdrop, as well as direct costs such as stock image, license fee and transportation. MTPC will charge for the material costs incurred in all work requests.

Outsourcing  Work requests that are beyond the production capacity of MTPC or more effectively handled by outside contractors will be outsourced. Outsourced tasks will be supervised and quality-assured by MTPC. This include services by freelance designers, camera operators, photographers, programmers and offset printers.

Services  Service charges are MTPC's production and/or project management fees. They are benchmarked with the market rate and will be reviewed annually.
